Essential Duties and Responsibilities

Act as a liaison to the Director of Business Services in all Merger and Acquisition related activities
Communicate to internal and external stakeholders on progress, issues, and impediments to on-boarding projects
Understand project specific transaction KPI’s and other project management processes to accomplish objectives set by the team
Identify and analyze mergers to provide reporting on potential corporate risk
Act as a project manager for specific M&A’s while providing consistent updates to the Director
Provide status updates to Senior Management with respect to changes in scope or cost of the project
Analytically approach project management to provide accurate status reports to assist in any strategic decisions
Understand the business at a high-level to assist in decision making similar, but not limited to, who to involve with projects and how all M&A activities affect business productivity
Assist in education of project management best practices throughout the organization
