Job Title: Country Sales Manager / BDM

Salary: OMR 1.5K-3K/month (total package) + family medical insurance, annual flights, visa, and performance bonus.
Role Overview: Seeking an experienced Sales Manager / Business Development Manager to drive sales growth, manage key client relationships, lead business development activities, and support the profitability of a drilling services business in Oman.
Required Profile:
15-20 years of total experience (maximum).Proven drilling industry background with operational, technical, maintenance, servicing, or commercial exposure.Progressed into Sales Manager, Account Manager, or BDM roles with a technical sales focus.Strong knowledge of drilling rigs, equipment, drill pipes, and related services.Experience in rig inspection, refurbishment, repair, or servicing (e.g., CAT III/IV) is preferred.Exposure to onshore/offshore drilling operations, ideally in the Middle East.Strong commercial acumen, including business performance, cash flow, and P&L management.Excellent client relationship, leadership, and business development skills.
