We are seeking an experienced Operations Manager to manage the day-to-day operations of our recruitment agency in Oman. The successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing recruitment operations, coordinating with clients and internal departments, and ensuring the smooth execution of recruitment projects from manpower requisition to candidate deployment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage overall operations of the recruitment agency.
- Lead and supervise the operations team to achieve business objectives.
- Coordinate with recruiters, clients, and internal departments.
- Ensure timely execution of recruitment projects and manpower deployment.
- Monitor CV screening, candidate processing, documentation, and visa procedures.
- Manage client requirements, job orders, and operational workflows.
- Track recruitment progress and prepare operational reports.
- Ensure compliance with company policies and Oman labour regulations.
- Identify process improvements to increase operational efficiency.
- Resolve operational issues and maintain high service quality.
