The Maintenance Manager will be responsible for day to day electrical, mechanical, DCS & IC maintenance, quality control, and engineering of the plant together with directing the activity of all maintenance personnel for safe and efficient operation of the entire facility.
Key Responsibilities:-
• Assign, co-ordinate and review the technical work of the department or project teams.
• Recruit personnel/leaders and oversee development of staff competence in the required areas.
• Responsible for preparing overall maintenance budget and is accountable for the revenue/expense
• Monitor maintenance KPIs and its plant performance. Manage LTSA and LTPA with ANSALDO.
• Enforce company policies/procedures.
• Assess life time equipment risks.
Qualifications :-
• Master/ Bachelor Degree in (Mechanical, Electrical, Process) Engineering
Experience:-
• Minimum 10 years of experience in the Power Sector.
• At least 5 years - experience of working in maintenance.
• At least 3 years at a position of leadership and strategic intervention.
