Summary of the Job Role:
Supporting Plant section for the smooth functioning of Purchase and Sales, Logistics, Documentation, Vehicle registration
Responsibilities:
• Prepare commercial documentation relating to sales.
• Provide sales support with activities related to sourcing, quotes and closing sales leads for finance and Audit related issues
• Prepare RTO on Overseas Suppliers.
• Raise orders on Local Suppliers
• Raise of Internal Purchase orders
• Follow up with suppliers, enquiring about the delivery of material
• Coordination with freight forwarders for shipments
• Handle Cash Transactions, Petty cash & Smart card
• Handle re-exports.
• Coordinate with corporate commercial coordinator for all commercial matters related to Sales
• Coordinate for ISO documentation/coordination with HO for online documentation
Qualifications:
Bachelor Degree/Diploma
Skills/Knowledge:
• Excellent negotiation skills
• Excellent written and oral communication skills
• Ability to manage and drive change within an organization
• Proficient in MS office and Oracle System
• Ability to get things done on time
Experience:
5 Years in administration role
