Candidates shall have the following experience/skills/knowledge
• Good knowledge and technology advances in the areas of telecommunications, data networks and voice networks.
• Experience in leading a technical and operations team
• Ability to play a leading role in scheduling installation work, liaising with all concerned teams to ensure that priorities are met, and disruption to the organization is minimized.
• Experience in data & document management and various MIS reporting.
• Experience in surveying, estimation, planning and execution of communications infrastructure projects.
• Experience in the management of HSE
• Staff development skills: Provide coaching to Personnel to improve efficiency and monitor their performance
• Very good level of English communication skills as well as Leadership and supervisory skills.
• Good skills in customer relations management and understanding of ITIL practices.
